1. Order Terms

• Minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per design
• All prices shown on our calculator are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed via WhatsApp
• Orders are confirmed only after payment and design approval
• Production begins after you approve the digital mockup we send you

2. Artwork & Design

• You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork (AI, PDF, EPS, or high-resolution PNG/JPG)
• Free design assistance is available for orders of 200+ units
• We will send a digital proof for your approval before printing begins
• Color variations of up to 10% between screen display and printed product are normal

3. Production & Delivery

• Standard production takes 5–7 business days after design approval
• Express (24-48 hours) is available within Lagos at additional cost
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume
• We deliver nationwide across all 36 states in Nigeria

4. Payment

• We accept bank transfer and mobile payments
• Full payment is required before production begins for new customers
• Corporate clients with established relationships may request credit terms

5. Returns & Quality Guarantee

• We guarantee the quality of all our products
• If there is a printing defect or error on our part, we will reprint at no extra cost
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
• Custom-printed items cannot be returned if they match the approved design proof
